Information you choose to share
When you request a private demo, a 30-day free trial or a conversation, we collect your name, email address and company or organisation. You may also provide your phone number, role, location, portfolio size, interests, company context and questions.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and arrange the next conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Campaign information
We may retain campaign parameters associated with the link you used, the page on which you arrived and the resource that interested you. This helps us understand which introductions lead to enquiries. Campaign information is retained for the browsing session and, if you submit a form, saved with your enquiry. Form contact details are not placed in page URLs.
Website usage analytics
We record page visits, visit times, active viewing time, campaign sources, browser and device categories, IP addresses and approximate countries to understand use of this website, including interest from Australia and New Zealand. Country is estimated from IP and may be inaccurate for VPNs or shared networks. Browser identifiers help us distinguish visitors and sessions. Website analytics and visitor IP records are retained for up to 90 days and are accessible only to authorised THINTRIX administrators. We do not send your form details to advertising platforms through this analytics feature.
Access and protection
Enquiry records are stored in the website’s hosted database. When email notifications are enabled, they are also sent to THINTRIX through our email service provider. They are used by THINTRIX for responding to and managing enquiries. This website does not provide a public directory of submissions. We do not publish enquiry details or sell them.
Questions or changes
Use our online contact form to ask about your enquiry information, request a correction or request its removal. Include enough information for us to identify your earlier request.
